The Talaria Resort & SPA team will highly appreciate your cooperation in observing the regulations, which serve to ensure a peaceful and safe stay.

II. General Provisions

  1. Rooms at Talaria Resort & SPA are rented on a daily basis.
  2. If you have not specified the length of your stay when renting a room, we assume it has been rented for one day.
  3. The hotel day begins at 3:00 PM and ends at 11:00 AM the following day.

II. Stay at Talaria Resort & SPA

  1. The reception is your point of contact during your stay – please contact them with any questions regarding your stay at Talaria Resort & SPA.
  2. Should you wish to extend your stay beyond the period indicated on your arrival day, please notify the reception by 8:00 AM on the day your rental period expires.
  3. We will gladly accommodate your request to extend your stay, subject to availability. Staying in the room after 1:00 PM will be treated as an extension of your stay (if not previously arranged with the reception). For extended stays, the price will be calculated according to the price list and your initial chosen offer.
  4. Payment for your stay is collected on the day of your departure from Talaria Resort & SPA, after a deposit has been paid. Please note that we do not accept post-service bank transfers.
  5. To guarantee your reservation, please transfer a deposit to account number: 62 9210 0008 0028 4530 2000 0010 (Bank Spółdzielczy w Garwolinie for Centrum Innowacji i Przedsiębiorczości Sp. z o.o.) - please include your first and last name, stay dates, and receipt/invoice tax ID in the transfer title.
  6. If a reservation is not guaranteed in advance, it may be canceled without prior notice. Guaranteed reservations are non-refundable; however, they may be transferred to another available date.
  7. Please remember that on weekends, rooms in the Palace and the SPA zone are exclusively for women. Men are welcome in these areas on weekdays and during special dates (information: CLICK). Please expect male staff.

III. Unregistered Guests

  1. Unregistered guests may stay in the room from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. After 10:00 PM, they are subject to registration requirements and an overnight stay fee according to the price list.
  2. Please do not transfer your room to third parties, even if the period for which you paid for your stay has not expired.

IV. Talaria Resort & SPA Responsibilities and Duties

  1. Please notify reception staff of any damage immediately upon discovery.
  2. We commit to providing you with: conditions for a full and unrestricted rest, safety during your stay, including the confidentiality of guest information, and professional and courteous service.
  3. Upon your request, we provide the following free services: information related to your stay and travel, wake-up calls at a designated time, and luggage storage.
  4. Items left by guests in the room will be stored for three months. This does not apply to food items, opened hygiene products, or cosmetics.
  5. Please note that we are not responsible for items left unattended on the property.

V. Guest Responsibilities

  1. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM the following day.
  2. Please do not disturb the peaceful stay of other guests with your behavior. We would like to remind you that we may refuse further service to anyone who violates this rule.
  3. At Talaria Resort & SPA, guests are not permitted to consume their own alcohol not purchased at our sales points. We reserve the right to charge a corkage fee of 50 PLN for each bottle of alcohol to guests who do not adhere to this request.
  4. For safety purposes, when leaving the room, please always close windows, turn off the TV, switch off lights, close water taps, check that the door is locked, and return the room key to the reception.
  5. A fee of 250 PLN will be charged for a lost room key.
  6. Please be aware that you are financially responsible for any damage or destruction of items belonging to the furnishings of Talaria Resort & SPA, caused by your actions or omissions, as well as the actions or omissions of accompanying persons.
  7. Due to fire safety, please do not use immersion heaters, irons, electric kettles, or other similar devices not provided as room equipment in the rooms.
  8. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Smoking in non-designated areas is subject to an additional fine of 200 PLN.
  9. Talaria Resort & SPA welcomes guests traveling with pets in rooms located in the Park Pavilion. For an additional fee of 100 PLN per night, only one pet may stay in the room, with the guest bearing full responsibility for any damage caused by the pet.
  10. In common areas, please muzzle animals and keep them on a leash. For hygiene reasons, they are not permitted in the restaurant and bar.
  11. For safety purposes, please do not store dangerous goods, firearms, or ammunition in the rooms.

VII. Personal Data

In connection with the entry into force on May 25, 2018, of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data, we inform you:
  1. The administrator of your personal data obtained as a result of completing and sending a reservation for the purpose of using the Administrator's services is Centrum Innowacji i Przedsiębiorczości sp. z o.o., ul. Królewska 2/3, 08-540 Stężyca.
  2. Your personal data will be processed to the extent necessary for the performance of the aforementioned accommodation reservation service and other services, for conducting email or phone correspondence, and for purposes arising therefrom.
  3. Contact with the Administrator is possible via email at recepcja@talaria.pl or by traditional mail to the company address provided above.

VI. Other Provisions

  1. Talaria Resort & SPA reserves the right to refuse further service in case of your violation of the regulations.
  2. Talaria Resort & SPA may refuse to accept a guest who, during a previous stay, violated the regulations by causing damage to: Talaria Resort & SPA property, another guest, Talaria Resort & SPA employees, or persons staying there, or otherwise disturbed the peace or functioning of Talaria Resort & SPA.
  3. You consent to the issuance of a VAT invoice without a signature.
  4. Talaria Resort & SPA handles MDE (Mail Order/Telephone Order) transactions. These are transactions made without the physical presence of the card, by entering card details into the terminal using the keyboard. The transaction is carried out based on a written, email, or telephone order issued by the cardholder. This is one way to guarantee your reservation by paying a deposit. Pre-authorization of funds on the account can also occur in the manner described above. The paid deposit is non-refundable – it can be used at a later date.
  5. Talaria Resort & SPA provides a television receiver for private use during the stay free of charge, and the guest borrows it for their own personal use during the stay.
  6. The court competent to resolve disputes between the Guest and Talaria Resort & SPA is the court competent for Talaria Resort & SPA.
  7. Please address all complaints to recepcja@talaria.pl. However, we are proponents of amicable resolution of all disputes, so we would be grateful for contact with the reception during your stay to speak with the manager of the relevant department concerning the complaint. Complaints are usually processed immediately, but no longer than 7 business days.
