Talaria is a world of refined gastronomy with elements of wellness cuisine. We invite you to visit our restaurants: Sophie and Susanne, as well as the Catherine bar. Our cuisine is based on the seasonality of nature, with which we interact. We are inspired by the seasons that accompany us and give character to our place. We feel a connection to our region, which is why we use local products. Our menu also includes dishes that are well-known and loved by our guests. Every chef has their secrets... When creating new dishes, ours likes to gently ‘spice them up’ with something that no one expects...
Sophie Restaurant
has a spacious summer terrace. Decorated in shades of green and purple, it tempts lovers of good, home-style flavours served by our Chef.
Susanne Restaurant
with its red walls, will appeal especially to women. It can also be an excellent choice for a romantic dinner.
First Lady Restaurant
is an atmospheric room with a fireplace, decorated in a classic style. It has a separate terrace overlooking the park and ponds.
All restaurants serve meals as part of selected accommodation packages, as well as à la carte. HIT! Our restaurants are distinguished by the possibility of using them in bathrobes - we provide our guests with complete relaxation! Please expect male staff, as well as men using the à la carte restaurant. Meal times for package meals: from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. - breakfast (Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m.) from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. - lunch (for Day SPA guests) from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. - dinner (on Fridays and Saturdays until 8:30 p.m.) Every stay at Talaria Resort & SPA, except for bed and breakfast, begins with this meal; before that, we invite you to the à la carte restaurant. Opening hours of the à la carte restaurant and bar: from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. or until the last guest leaves (Sunday - Thursday) from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. or until the last guest leaves (Friday - Saturday)
