Regulations for Using Vouchers at Talaria Resort & SPA

§1 General Rules
  1. A voucher entitles the holder to use the offer specified by its unique identification number.
  • Monetary Voucher – specifies a value that can be used for services (accommodation, catering, SPA – unless otherwise specified) at Talaria Resort & SPA.
  • Stay Voucher – specifies the terms of stay for a defined number of people within a defined range of services, to be used within a specified period.
  1. The identification number is located on the first page of the voucher. Each voucher has its unique number. The number cannot be changed; it is the basis for determining the validity and terms of use of the voucher.
  2. All vouchers are registered by the reception of Talaria Resort & SPA.
  3. The Purchaser is any adult individual or legal entity holding a voucher and accepting the provisions of these Regulations.
  4. The User is the authorized person entitled to use the voucher according to its applicable rules and promotions, as determined by the identification number.
  5. A voucher cannot be exchanged for monetary equivalent.
  6. A voucher can only be redeemed at Talaria Resort & SPA.
  7. A voucher can be used once, without the possibility of splitting its value.
  8. By receiving the voucher, the Purchaser/User declares that they have read the content of these Regulations, accept their content in full, and undertake to comply with their provisions.
  9. Talaria Resort & SPA reserves the right to change the Voucher Regulations. All changes are effective from the date of their implementation by Talaria Resort & SPA, after the amended Regulations have been made available.
§2 Voucher Validity
  1. A voucher is valid from the date of receipt.
  2. A voucher is valid:
  • For the period specified on the voucher, if it contains such information defining the period of use/validity.
  • For a period of 6 months from the date of receipt, if it does not contain information about the validity period.
  • The expiry date of vouchers cannot be extended. It is provided at the bottom of the first page of the voucher.
  • Talaria Resort & SPA is not responsible for any voucher that has been lost or damaged after it has been handed over to the Purchaser.
  • Vouchers cannot be combined with other promotions. They cannot be redeemed during holiday periods or special offers.
After the voucher's expiry date, it is possible to extend its validity by 3 months:
  • For a Day SPA voucher – the fee is 50 PLN.
  • For an accommodation voucher – the fee is 100 PLN.
  • For a monetary or treatment voucher – the fee is 100 PLN.
§3 Terms of Use
  1. A purchased voucher is non-refundable.
  2. Vouchers cannot be combined with each other.
  3. When redeeming a voucher, the User is not entitled to receive change if the value of the goods or services received is less than the value of the voucher.
  4. The User is obligated to pay the difference between the voucher's value and the final settlement amount in cash or by payment card at the property's reception upon check-out.
  5. In case of a no-show or cancellation of a reservation after it has been made, the voucher is considered redeemed.
Talaria Resort & SPA has the right to refuse to redeem a voucher if:
  • The voucher's validity period has expired.
  • Damage to the voucher prevents the reading of the data recorded on it.
  • No prior reservation for the stay has been made.
  • Occupancy at Talaria Resort & SPA is high or there are no available rooms.
  • Any of the sub-points contained in paragraphs 1-3 have been violated.
Any irregularities or errors in the content, rules, and identification number on the voucher must be reported to the email address indicated by Talaria Resort & SPA: recepcja@talaria.pl within two weeks from the date the Purchaser received the voucher.
